What data we collect and why<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only collect the data you send us through the website forms. We do not ask for sensitive data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quote and contact requests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data:<\/strong> name, email, company, phone, reason for contact and message.<br><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to respond to your request and, where applicable, prepare a quote. Depending on the reason selected, the request is forwarded to the sales, customer support, billing or general team, and is logged in an internal spreadsheet for follow-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sample orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data:<\/strong> name, contact person, company, NIF or VAT number, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, delivery hours and comments.<br><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to process and invoice the order and ship the samples. The VAT number of European Union companies is checked in the European Commission&#8217;s VIES system (or in a service that queries that same system).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions about a section and product enquiries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data:<\/strong> first name and surname, email, phone and company (optional), whether you are an industry professional, and your question.<br><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to answer your question through our sales team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cosmetic consulting requests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data:<\/strong> answers to the questionnaire about your project, name, brand or project, email, phone, country and website or social media.<br><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to analyse your project and respond to the request. These requests are forwarded to the <strong>Asesor Cosm\u00e9tico<\/strong> service, which provides the consulting and responds from <a href=\"mailto:asesoria@asesorcosmetico.com\">asesoria@asesorcosmetico.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WhatsApp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you use the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp application, subject to WhatsApp&#8217;s terms and privacy policy. We use the data from that conversation only to reply to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For all forms, we send you an email confirmation of your request with the details you provided. We do not use your data to send advertising without your consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Legal basis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract<\/strong> (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): quotes, sample orders and consulting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compliance with legal obligations<\/strong> (point (c)): invoicing and tax and accounting obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legitimate interest<\/strong> (point (f)): answering questions and contact requests and keeping the website secure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. How long we keep your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests and questions that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 2 years after the last contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers: for the duration of the business relationship and, thereafter, for the period required by tax and accounting legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you request erasure, we delete any data we are not legally required to keep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Who we share your data with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell or transfer your data for commercial purposes. We only use service providers that process data on our behalf and according to our instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Website hosting, with a provider whose servers are in the European Union.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email and spreadsheets (Google Workspace).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courier companies, for the delivery of samples.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public authorities, where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of these providers (for example, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may, at any time, request <strong>access<\/strong> to your data, its <strong>rectification<\/strong> or <strong>erasure<\/strong>, <strong>restriction<\/strong> of processing, <strong>portability<\/strong> of your data, or <strong>object<\/strong> to processing based on legitimate interest.
