Shea, argan, castor, murumuru, Brazil nut, avocado, jojoba, coconut, olive, buriti, babassu, patauá, andiroba, mango, linseed, rosehip, hazelnut, myrrh, rosemary, basil and rapeseed.

The functional architecture of the formula combines tannic acid and lactic acid, together with the professional system for realigning and smoothing the fibre.

01 Formulas and product
Do I have to create a product from scratch or can I start with a ready-developed formula?
You don’t need to start from zero. We have ready-developed professional formulas and solutions that can serve as a basis for launching your brand faster and with less complexity.
If you are looking for something different, we can assess a custom development. In that case, the project goes through a prior commercial and technical review, with its own costs and lead times.
Which formula should I choose?
The choice depends on the type and condition of the hair, its chemical history and the desired result. That is why we work with different professional formulas rather than a single solution for all hair.
Our team can guide you in choosing the most suitable formula before moving forward with the project.
Is there a specific formula for blonde or bleached hair?
Yes. We have a solution specifically designed for this hair profile.
Are the formulas of Brazilian origin?
Click Beauty works with Brazilian know-how and with formulas developed in Brazil for this professional category.
Adaptation and placing on the European market are carried out in accordance with the regulatory requirements applicable to each product and project.
Do the straightening products contain formaldehyde?
No. Click Beauty’s straightening formulas do not contain formol (formaldehyde).
The straightening effect is achieved with other actives, listed on the technical data sheet and in the ingredient list (INCI) of each product.
02 Professional system
Do you only supply the straightening product, or can I create a complete system?
You can start with an essential solution or develop a more complete professional experience for your brand.
Depending on the project, the system can include different steps for preparation, protection, straightening, balancing, finishing and maintenance. The configuration is defined according to the protocol and the intended positioning of the brand.
Do I receive professional instructions for use?
Yes. We provide a professional technical data sheet with the directions for use and the relevant recommendations for the product.
The aim is for the professional to have the guidance needed to carry out the defined protocol correctly.
Can I try it before producing?
Yes. We recommend testing the product before moving on to production. The sample lets you assess the texture, application and professional performance of the formula and helps you select the most suitable solution for your brand.
03 Brand and customisation
Can I sell the product under my own brand?
Yes. The products can be prepared for sale under your brand identity, in line with the project configuration and the necessary technical and regulatory elements.
Can I change or customise the formula?
It depends on the level of customisation you want. Some solutions can be based on established formulas. If you want changes that involve a new development, the project will need to be assessed separately.
In that case, the necessary tests, technical and regulatory feasibility, costs, lead times and the brand’s commercial objectives will be reviewed.
Can you help with the label and technical information?
We can prepare and adapt the technical and regulatory information required for the product and the contracted project.
04 Quantities, prices and lead times
What is the minimum quantity?
Production starts from 24 units per SKU.
Does the price change depending on quantity?
Yes. We work with tiered pricing based on volume. The unit cost may vary depending on the chosen formula, quantity, packaging, customisation and services associated with the project.
To set the exact price, we prepare a quote based on the configuration chosen by the client.
How much does it cost to create my straightening line?
There is no single price for all projects. The quote depends on the formula, quantity, packaging, level of customisation and services required.
You can start from 24 units per SKU, and we work with price tiers for larger quantities. Once the project configuration has been defined, we present the corresponding commercial quote.
How long does production take?
When you choose one of our established formulas and configurations, with no need for changes or additional development, the lead time is approximately two weeks.
If you want a formula or project with a higher level of customisation, it will be treated as a new development. In that case, the lead time will be set according to the tests, adjustments and validations needed to reach the desired configuration.
Custom projects have different terms and costs and are assessed in advance by our sales team, taking into account both product development and the brand’s objectives and go-to-market strategy.
05 Europe and compliance
Can the products be prepared for sale in the European Union?
Yes. Projects intended for the European market are prepared in accordance with the regulatory requirements applicable to the cosmetic product and its placing on the market.
Depending on the project configuration, the corresponding regulatory elements must be covered, including safety assessment, PIF, Responsible Person, labelling and CPNP notification before the product is placed on the market.
Can I sell my brand in other European Union countries?
Selling in other European Union markets must comply with the requirements applicable to the product and the destination country, including the corresponding labelling and language requirements.
If the project targets several markets, this should be taken into account from the start of the regulatory preparation.
